Our goal is to pass on the skills and knowledge to those young and old that desire to learn the art of fighting to better than who they were the day before and continue to surpass that goal each day.  Our mission is to instill the teachings, lessons and methods of all the great masters who came before us, into the minds and bodies of the next generations of combat disciples. Our hope is that our knowledge will live on and develop in the youth and help them grow into men and women who are strong, skilled, focused, confident, courageous, respectful, determined and so much more. At Counter Strike Gym we teach how to fight for a purpose. Fight to Learn, learn all you can to gain power and respect, Fight to Love, love yourself, others and the love of whatever it is you have passion for. Fight to Live, live a life that you want without fear.

     Counter Strike Gym is a Kickboxing gym, with a focus on the skills of Muay Thai and  karate. Classes will be divided by age and skill levels, each with their own set of rules to ensure safety, and to ensure the greatest possibility to learn and grow. Whether you want to learn to become a high-level fighter or just learn skills to protect yourself or improve your health, there will be a place for you at Counter Strike Gym.
